What needs attention on your WordPress site?

A blank page after an update, a form that stopped working or a slow website can point to a theme, a plugin or hosting on WordPress. Before changing anything, we need to understand what changed and what still works.

Updates with checks

We review WordPress, theme and plugin versions. A backup and checks of important pages help prepare changes and identify incompatibilities.

Working forms and pages

We check forms, links, navigation and phone layouts. An on-screen confirmation is not enough: incoming requests also need to be checked.

Performance and access

Large images, unused plugins, caching and administrator accounts are worth reviewing. The work depends on your hosting and installed tools.

What to send us

Send your website address, the page affected and a short description of the problem. A screenshot and the approximate date it started can help. If you are not sure which tool your site uses, we can start with its public address.

Do not send passwords through the quote form. If access is needed, we agree on an appropriate way to grant it after discussing the work.

The limits of your WordPress setup

Self-hosted WordPress and WordPress.com do not always provide the same access. We identify your setup before proposing changes.

The scope and cost depend on the diagnosis, available access and features involved. We explain the proposed work before proceeding. A targeted repair and ongoing maintenance are different needs.

After the correction: check the real journey

We check the affected pages and functions rather than stopping at an error message disappearing. Depending on the website, that can mean navigating on a phone, submitting a form, viewing protected content or checking an order journey with you. You can then confirm that the result matches how your business works.

For visibility issues, technical maintenance and content improvements may both be needed. Search indexing and rankings cannot be guaranteed by a platform update.
