Where Google Cloud fits in your project
Google Cloud is not a website generator driven by a prompt. It is infrastructure for running applications, services and certain AI features. For a small business, it becomes relevant when a brochure website is no longer enough: a connected portal, request processing or a service used by several employees. We start with operational needs before selecting services; a more complex architecture is not necessarily a better solution.
Host a dynamic application
Cloud Run can run the service that handles application requests. We examine traffic patterns, storage and connections to other tools rather than choosing a service simply because it is well known.
Connect existing business tools
A portal may need to communicate with accounting software or an internal application. We define the exchanged data, available access and error handling before developing the connection.
Plan ongoing operations
Launching also involves access rights, error logs and usage monitoring. Someone needs to know where to act when a service fails or a bill increases.

Working with Google Cloud
We separate application code from its hosting. The work may include preparing a deployment, configuring the domain and documenting the services used. Accounts should belong to your business, with delegated access suited to our work. For a simple information website, we also consider a lighter solution.
Your knowledge of the business is part of the work: who uses the tool, which information is reliable and what should happen in an unusual case. We review generated copy and behaviour with you instead of treating the first version as a finished product.
Checks before sharing or publishing
- Check the real user journey, not just the home page.
- Test forms, links and mobile layouts relevant to the scope.
- Confirm who can access private information and functions.
- Identify who owns the accounts, code and hosting.
- Agree on what maintenance and handover will require.
What to know before choosing Google Cloud
Billing depends on the services and their usage. Selecting a region does not resolve every privacy issue. Backups, monitoring and permissions must be explicitly planned; hosting a project with Google does not automatically make them adequate.
Platform subscriptions and external service usage are distinct from agency work. We confirm the available features and account constraints when defining the scope. No tool choice alone guarantees security, search visibility or a delivery date.
Questions about Google Cloud
Does Google Cloud create my website with AI?
Not on its own. It provides infrastructure and services. Google AI Studio can help prepare an application with Gemini; Google Cloud may then be involved in deployment.
Is it necessary for a brochure website?
Not necessarily. We compare management simplicity, technical needs and operating costs with a simpler hosting service or platform.
